How To Return An Item
YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL UNUSED CONDITION TO BE EXCHANGED, UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT.
- Send us an email: Please email email@example.com to request an exchange and we will reply within 24 hours.
- We do not give refunds, however we do have an exchange policy.
- We must receive your return within 30 days of date of purchase.
- Mail your returned item via Track & Trace (provide an extra Track & Trace Bag for Replacements) to:
42 Rosehill Drive, Papakura, Auckland 2113, New Zealand.
- Confirm what you would like to exchange for and proof of original purchase.
- Cheer Amor’e reserve the right to charge an Admin Fee for Exchanges/Replacements.
Once we receive your return and confirm there is no issue with the condition, we will post the Replacements.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
